ipe doesn't have a menu item

Bug Description
Binary package hint: ipe
I am using Lucid beta2. After installing ipe package, there is no menu item for ipe. Of course you can launch it in terminal. But a GUI drawing program should be available from the menu.

Thanks for reporting this issue.
When installing ipe version 7.1.2-1 on Ubuntu Quantal, it does not add a menu item. This package needs a desktop file.
