Bug Description

Binary package hint: ipband

When I start my IBM T43 computer it writes out an error: "Starting ipband: No configuration files found" in a special font (together with other text, just at the beginning). This error text is later overwritten with permanent text in another font so that I cannot read it any longer.
This error is identical to www.be.kernel.org/bugs.debian.org/bts.../231102.log
