* New upstream snapshot
- refresh patches
- set renderergl2 default video mode to 640x480, matching renderergl1:
user configuration (if any) overrides this
- switch opengl2 renderer back to opengl1 when running OpenArena,
since OA's GLSL shaders don't seem to be fully compatible with it
* Canonicalize Vcs-Git, Vcs-Browser
* Standards-Version: 3.9.5 (no changes needed)
* Install README.md as upstream README
