Bug Description

In Ubuntu 15.10 invesalius depends on python-casmooth python-vtk python-vtkgdcm and python-vtk6 (and some more), but python-vtk6 require the removal of python-vtk.

To reproduce:
try to install invesalius from command line
installation will fail
Try to install the missing dependencies and notice that one uninstall the other

Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu better.

I can confirm this issue and get the same error message saying invesalius cannot be installed due to python-casmooth. I also get the same error message attempting to install invesalius 3.0-1 on Ubuntu Xenial.

I checked back with this issue and was able to succesfully install invesalius 3.0-2 (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/invesalius/3.0-2 for details), so I believe this issue is fixed.
