  * New upstream release:
    - Create builddir if it doesn't exist when generating header files
    - Update checks for leftout files with intltool-update -m
    - Better support for using $srcdir
    - Run intltool-update -m in make check
    - Handle LINGUAS environment variable properly
    - Make sure that we always call FindPackageName so variables get set
      properly
    - Set $top_builddir in Makefile.in.in for stamp-it rule
