Hi, guys girls,
I like to report the following bug in:
Ubuntu Ubuntu 9.04 - the Jaunty Jackalope - released in April 2009
Kernel Linux 2.6.28.12-generic
GNOME 2.26.1 - build date 05/06/2009
The following started to happen after a dist-upgrade from 8.10 to 9.04.
Every time i wont to update/upgrade or install other packages i get the E; message:

This needs to be fixed in the interchange- cat-standard package, not in dpkg.
