Bug Description

HEVC 4k decoding is broken on Braswell Chips.

Upstream solution: Use stable 1.6.1 version of libva1 and libva-driver-intel, please.

Easiest solution: Just rebuild for libva 1.6.1 and i965-va-driver 1.6.1
