Can you please ensure you are running the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? If, after upgrading to the latest BIOS this is still an issue, could you please report it upstream to Intel - https://github.com/intel/Intel-Linux-Processor-Microcode-Data-Files/issues/

Thanks for reporting this upstream - also I noticed there has been a newer upstream release of intel-microcode that I hoped might help for this bug - so I uploaded that new release (20221108.1) to the in-development lunar release of Ubuntu - however it doesn't appear to have any updated microcode for your processor (CPUID 0x50657 assuming I have done the conversion correctly) so I don't think it would help in this case. Hopefully Intel upstream can shed some light.
