Hello,

as reported in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/intel-gmmlib/+bug/1966362 for Ubuntu 22.04, libigdgmm12 version 22.1.1+ds1-1 had an ABI-breaking change that brokje vaapi - this was fixed with the version 22.1.2+ds1-1, but unfortunately it seems that intel-media-va-driver-non-free 22.3.0+dfsg1-1 (and probably intel-media-va-driver, too) have been built against libigdgmm12 22.1.1+ds1-1, which means that the ABI-incompatibility now exists in reverse - please rebuild intel-media-driver-va-non-free to compile it with libigdgmm12 version 22.1.2+ds1-1 to fix the ABI incompatibilities that break vaapi.
