after updating with 10.4lts had some problems with booting and networking.

i was using dual boot one with pardus and next with ubuntu 9.4. i had updated 9.4 to 10.04 a few days ago. since it had several problems here and there i reinstalled 9.4. yesterday once again updated 10.04. updating was through update manager . on the previous time while attempted for updating a 'window' appeared suggesting to take update as piece meal, i found some play with that notification opted full installation. since it had problems re-updated yesterday. in the begin every thing right. but there was an error message about network dependency. After rebooting i tried to visit ubuntu pages my connection was brocken. on attempting with open office i-bus for malayalam cannot opt. i was using i-bus 'ml-mozhi'. Later adopted one more sub swanalekha, it began to work. At the end when used rebooting ,instead of doing that 'log window reappeared several time. So i had to use power switch to shut down. today morning i logged in to find that no network was available.The time corrected yesterday was changed. After correcting time i decided to change desktop options and used theme high- 'contrast', to my surprise network came back and i am here.
