Ubuntu 12.10 does not ship with Alternate CDs - installation guides need update

Bug Description

Ubuntu 12.10 shipped with a consolidated CD. Installation guide needs to be updated to reflect this distribution information.

All references to "Alternate CD" need to be updated and procedures checked out to make sure still applicable advice for new combined desktop image.

Last Alternate CD went out with 12.04 (part of LTS image set).

Please note that exactly the same instructions can be followed:
- with netboot
- with mini.iso

So, please don't remove those instructions, instead update them to use these image names "Mini ISO or netboot"
