wishlist: in ldapauth, pass the given nick back to client in connection failure message

Affects (at least) 2.0.5 thru 2.0.18
When a client fails to authenticate to inspircd (using ldapauth, or maybe always), it would be useful if the message going back to inform the client of the failure included the nick that the client actually used.
This would help the user to better understand why he failed to connect, in the cases where the client chose an alternate nick, for example.
