insighttoolkit4 (4.8.2-3.1ubuntu1) xenial; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    - Build again sequentially on amd64. Build still fails, and there is
      no build log left in launchpad.
    - Build with parallel=2 on amd64.
    - Build on all architectures.
    - Ignore test results on architectures other than amd64 and i386 for
      a first build.
    - debian/rules: Use HOST instead of BUILD macros.
    - Fix build with castxml.
