Bug Description

TODO:
- updating debian/rules to tell perl Makefile to use octave3.0
- FTBFS in Octave.pm because of preset builtin vars which are not used anymore...workaround it...

Package has been dropped from the archive in Intrepid, and dropped from Debian, so I don't think we will fix it now, 2 years after. Closing as Won't fix.
