Cannot narrow Inkscape window

Bug Description

After I upgraded to Edgy, I noticed that Inkscape's window
became too wide for my screen (1024*768 14'').
When I try to resize the window, it is impossible to narrow it.
Even if click on the enlarge button on the right top of the window, it does not fit my screen.

I have Ubuntu Edgy. No upgrade but installation by zero whith Cd-rom.
