Bug Description

I have Samsung NC10 netbook. I am using Ubuntu 16.10. When in the Software Center, Inkscape starts to install then stops and the install button appears again. I have downloaded the inkscape.deb file and lunched sudo dpkg -i inkscape.deb in the terminal, it has responded to me, that it has dependencies problems.

Please contact Ubuntu user support for this kind of issues.

And to install .deb directly from a terminal you either use `dpkg -i` followed by `apt-get -f install` or in a new enough system, directly use `apt install ./file.deb`.
