image export issues "internal error" then segfaults

how to reproduce: open the 0.pdf file (see attachment), choose page 2, select any image, do Extensions | Images | Export image, choose filename, see it crash (gracefully)...

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.3.1 on OS X 10.7.4:

Not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.x r9900 (latest revision of stable release branch lp:inkscape/0.48.x).
