5 second delay on wait-for-root

Binary package hint: initramfs-tools

As per pitti's suggestion, I'm attaching the bootchart that shows a consistent 5 second delay on wait-for-root.

In IRC we already sorted out the following:

 * Does not use cryptsetup disk encryption (thus it's not a password prompt); Martin only uses ecryptfs /home encryption (which is the two second CPU blip in gdm-session-worker, through the PAM module)
 * SSD card

Again, this is an issue with the resume partition.

Please attach your /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume file, /etc/fstab file and output of "sudo blkid"

As per our conversation on IRC, I just commented out the line in the resume file. Attaching the bootchart after that change.

Right, you changed your swap device (to a crypted one) and didn't update the initramfs conf; I remember now
