init: static ${rootmnt} at the end

Bug Description

I guess it wasn't intentional to leave '/root/dev/console' instead of
'${rootmnt}/dev/console', was it?
Usually people doesn't change this var, but if they do, then it could crash or
something.
I put here my patch:
