Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:

cp: error writing '/var/tmp/mkinitramfs_78x5tX//usr/lib/modules/5.15.0-106-generic/kernel/drivers/scsi/isci/isci.ko': No space left on device

Oder auf Deutsch:

Kein Platz mehr frei auf dem Gerät.

So generating the initramfs fails because your / partition is full. Please cleanup your root partition and try again. Feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may find.
