Bug Description

Linux Recovering Journal error on startup.
I ended up booting into advanced options and the BIOS settings in Linux.
I cleared all installed apps, and essentially started back from ground level.
Still experiencing low disc space notifications on boot into desktop GUI.
Bug crash report was generated on first successful boot into the GUI about twenty or so seconds after booting in.
I hope this helps in defining this bug report and the context around it.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:

cp: error writing '/var/tmp/mkinitramfs_K47xgx//usr/lib/firmware/netronome/nic/nic_AMDA0081-0001_1x40.nffw': No space left on device

So generating the initramfs fails because your root partition is full. Please cleanup your root partition. Feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may find.
