Bug Description

Straight after the kernel prints the audit line, I receive the following errors

/dev/cdrom: open failed: no medium found
Unable to find volume group "hda8"

The volume group checking is better now, haven't seen this one in a bit.
Marking as fixed. (The /dev/cdrom portion is from lvm scanning everything to
see if the volume group is available)
