dns does not work in initramfs after configure_networking

in an initramfs built with mkinitramfs-tools that has been booted with 'ip=' and a dhcp server responded in the dhcp request, you would expect dns to work.

currently it does not.
at least part of the issue is that libnss_dns.so is missing.
