Thus laptop frequently won't wake from sleep.

Sometime you can force shutdown with the power button and re-boot and all is well.

Other times the screen remains blank on re-boot, so you have to remove the battery for a few seconds. It then seems to boot normally.

Laptop is a Lenovo G50-45 model 80E3 (AMD A6)
