Bug Description
Upgrading Ubuntu 14.04 to 14.10 kernel install failed.
Removing the "syslinux" package solved the problem and let the packages get configured, but it hangs with a black screen when I reboot into the new kernel.
This is a new Dell XPS 13 that came with Ubuntu 14.04
