This is a live lubuntu usb key 12.04 made with Lili/Windows and persistent disk.
just did an apt-get update/upgrade

if repeating task, got:

You can resolve this issue by upgrading the version of casper on your system. This can be done via the commands:

sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install casper

I just did an apt-get update/upgrade and install casper but it said that it is already the most recent one.
dpkg returns casper as 1.315.

as seen above, linux kernel package are left as is by update/upgrade.
