Bug Description

Weather applet doesn't start. Instead, this caught-a-bug message pops up and I don't really know what's the problem. So yeah, just reporting a bug without even knowing how or what or why... This bug-report was generated by the bug-tracker inside Ubuntu, 12.04 LTS testing release.
