indicator-weather crashed with IndexError in __init__(): list index out of range

Actual Results: Indicator-weather crashes as soon as I login to the desktop.

Expected Results: I should see the indicator-weather icon on my taskbar when I login.

I get the following when running indicator-weather from the command line:

IndexError: list index out of range
