Sunrise and Sunset times are way off

Binary package hint: indicator-weather

Sunrise and sunset times are off, by quite a bit. I included a screen shot of the indicator-weather menu and a browser showing the official times (today is 4-12-11) and as you can see, this difference can't even be explained by daylight savings.
