While downloading a zip file, the item on the transfer indicator blinks

Bug Description
See the attached video. This looks bad, and makes it really hard to delete the download. It's not terrible as you can still pause it. And while paused, it's easy to remove it.
To reproduce:
Download an album from 7 digital. If you don't want to make a purchase, ask elopio for the test account.
Tested with krillin #110, + silo 8.
