Prefer pavucontrol over xfce4-mixer in Xubuntu-session

Bug Description

In connection with bug #961744 I propose to favor pavucontrol in the "sound settings"-button of indicator sound in the Xubuntu session. The argument for pavucontrol over xfce4-mixer is already made in the above-mentioned bugreport, so it will not be repeated here.
This bugreport is more of a consequence of the other one.
