Slider shouldn't increase by steps

When clicked on any position on the volumes sliders (output and I guess also input), the relative volume should jump to that point and not progress for a step by click.
The current implementation is also bugged because if the mouse remains pressed the steps goes over the mouse point, but the change just suggested should fix this too because no timer will be needed.

I changed the priority, it is a very popular slider and should behave perfectly.

Yep agreed Christian. This is solely an IDO bug though marking invalid for i-sound.

see bug #953757 from Lars, those change request lead to inconsistency we should either patch the toolkit to behave the way you request if we want that behaviour or let things as they are, having the same widget behaving differently in different places sometimes in the same software (i.e system settings) is just weird
