the sound level in the indicator should be the same as in the notify-osd

Binary package hint: indicator-sound

when i press the volume keys on my keyboard i have noticed that the level in the indicator is different to the one in the notify-osd. i have attached a screen with what i mean.

there is 2 waves filled in the indicator but only one in the notify-osd.
