Bug Description
Binary package hint: indicator-sound
If my system starts up with mute volume, the indicator.volume does not show the correct icon, and chooses the one as the volume was not mute.
Hitting the mute button twice solves the problem

I can confirm the following bug, running Maverick RC. Upon startup with sound muted the menu shows the wrong icon (read; unmuted).
