indicator-sound-service crashed with signal 5 in dbusmenu_menuitem_handle_event()

I have been upgrade my ubuntu lucid into maverick meerkat,.But, if i click close button at the rhythmbox, indicator applet will be crash and rhythmbox won't stay at the indicator applet like in the ubuntu lucid.
