Bug Description
Binary package hint: indicator-sound
In karmic and earlier you could control the system volume by mousing over the volume control in the notification area and using the mouse scroll wheel / touchpad scroll area. This was a fantastic usability feature.
Unfortunately it seems to have not been ported to the brave new world of indicators. It may seem like a small thing, but it's a *really* irksome usability regression.
