Bug Description
Binary package hint: indicator-session
Version: 0.2.0-0ubuntu1 fails to populate the shutdown and user-switch menus.
This is particularly unfortunate as there is no way to shutdown the machine using the mouse.
Ideally the fancy new applets should not override (disable) the main gnome-panel "System->Shutdown" menu until the fancy new applet has self-validated that it is actually capable of providing its own Shutdown menu.
