Setting 'dconf write /org/gnome/desktop/lockdown/disable-log-out true' replaces Restart and Shut Down with Lock and Log Out

Bug Description
Ubuntu 16.04, unity 7.4.0+16.
Doing 'dconf write /org/gnome/
In addition, after a reboot, it replaces the Restart and Shut Down options with Lock and Log Out, respectively. Clicking on Shut Down should offer Restart and Shut Down but it no longer does. But it does allow Log Out, which is what /org/gnome/
This was previously reported as bug #1176476 in unity-tweak-tool.
