Bug Description

After updating to 14.10:

If you open the menu bar/top right button in Unity to logout/reboot etc. the second menu option is still English (Ubuntu Help), while the other menu items are properly localized. But its translated: https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/utopic/+source/indicator-session/+pots/indicator-session/de/25/+translate

I'm proposing a branch that update the template during build (dh_translations doesn't handle the new custom cmake build system), I've also updated the template on launchpad
