Bug Description
In the new Ubuntu MATE 20.04, with the default installation, right clicking on the battery icon in the upper right on the panel, and select either (or both) "Show Time in Menu Bar" or "Show Percentage in Menu Bar". Then, deselect the option, and the entire battery icon (not just the time or percentage) disappears from the tray/panel and can not be replaced. Or, I can not figure out how to replace it.

Note, expected behavior would be that the battery icon stays visible, but the percentage/time disappears.
