[Wizard] Network list is cleared

Test case.
- Flash device.
- Select language.
- Tap next.

Expected result.
- Wifi screen shows the list of available networks and allows to configure them.

Actual result.
- Wifi screen briefly shows the list of available networks and then clears the list.

After a while, the network list is displayed again.

This would imply the indicator-network simply crashes or otherwise misbehaves, tentatively adding it to the list of affected projects
