" 无服务" "no service" should display in indicator while no mobile network signal

Testing steps:
1.Testing in no network service chamber.
2.Insert a SIM card, observe the indicator.
3.Make sure no SIM card inserted, observe the indicator.

Expected results:
With a SIM card
1. The signal logo displayed X icon,
2. No service displayed in indicator3
3. Unable to display emergency call at step 2.
Without SIM card
1. No signal bar.
2. SIM card logo is empty.

Actual result:
With a SIM card
1.No signal bar
2.Missing "no service" prompt in indicator.
Without SIM card
1.Empty SIM card logo.

预期结果：
1.信号柱上显示X,状态栏显示无服务，不能显示紧急呼叫
2.状态栏无信号柱显示，但有SIM卡为空的图标提示
实际结果：
1.有插卡时信号为空,没有“无服务”标识
2.无插卡时无卡符
