Bug Description
Installing unity8, which pulls indocator-network on a desktop will also pull ofono. That in turn will fail to start and also shouldn't be required on hardware where we don't have any mobile data or voice.
The dependency to ofono should be optional and not pulled in when installing indicator-network on a desktop machine.
