Bug Description
Test case.
- Open indicator network.
- Enable flight mode.
Expected result.
- Wifi and phone goes offline.
Actual result.
- Both wifi and phone remain online.

Please check this again with image 152, as we believe the reason is that the proper ofono package wasn't part of the previous image.
