Indicator-network icon missing on device

The indicator-network icon is missing in the top right corner.
However notice that it is listed in the tabs if one of the other indicators is shown.

As you can see in the following screenshot [0] you can get to the networking tab but there is no icon in the top corner.

This was a landing problem and is fixed in image #31.
