indicator-messages (Ubuntu)

Bug Description

I am reporting a annoying behavior of indicator-messages.

rbarbosa@rene-Inspiron-14z:~$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 13.10
Release: 13.10

rbarbosa@rene-Inspiron-14z:~$ apt-cache policy indicator-messages
  Instalado: 13.10.1+13.10.20131011-0ubuntu1
  Candidato: 13.10.1+13.10.20131011-0ubuntu1
  Tabela de versão:
 *** 13.10.1+13.10.20131011-0ubuntu1 0
        500 saucy/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

rbarbosa@rene-Inspiron-14z:~$ apt-cache policy pidgin
  Instalado: 1:2.10.7-0ubuntu4.1
  Candidato: 1:2.10.7-0ubuntu4.1
  Tabela de versão:
 *** 1:2.10.7-0ubuntu4.1 0
        500 saucy/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

What i expect to happen: If i receive notifications about Pidgin or Xchat messages with these apps not minimized when i click on the sub-menu disponible in indicator-messages these apps should receive the focus and go to screen foreground.

What is happening: With these apps not minimized and in screen background or another workspace i just receive a wiggle on Unity launcher and they are not going to screen foreground when i click in the sub-menus created.

The wrong behavior is not happening when these apps are minimized.
