Bug Description
Empathy is shown as running even when it is not. I can start Empathy and quit it, and still it is shown as running in the Messaging Menu.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the Messaging Menu without running Empathy
Expected result:
- Empathy is shown as not running
Actual result:
- Empathy is shown as running
