Don't install these python files at all, they look to be just unit tests:

| $ dpkg-query -L indicator-keyboard | grep '/usr/lib/python'
| /usr/lib/python3.10
| /usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages
| /usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/indicator_keyboard
| /usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/indicator_keyboard/__init__.py
| /usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/indicator_keyboard/tests
| /usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/indicator_keyboard/tests/__init__.py
| /usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/indicator_keyboard/tests/test_indicator_keyboard.py
