Bug Description
My hotkeys are set to Ctrl+Space.
Sometimes after system boot layout switching hotkeys are not working at all. To make them work I need to open layout switching properties and set hotkeys again (even if they are the same). Thereafter they start working.
But, layout switching is not working correctly.
Steps to reproduce:
1. If I press Ctrl+Space - layout is not switching.
2. Holding Ctrl - release Space button and press Space again. Layout switched normally.
If you release Ctrl, then to switch layout you need to repeat this steps again. (Pressing Space 2 times, but not 1 time.)
