Bug Description
image 121 vivid-proposed
1. Pull down from the top in unity
2. Tap on 'Rotation'
3. Check 'Rotation Lock'
4. Rotate the device in an app that supports rotation like system-settings
What happens:
Screen still rotates even though rotation is disabled

This issue was already fixed in latest stable branch r23. It this happen again, please reopen it and give additional info how to reproduce it.
